When you place an order we will send you a confirmation email outlining your order details. This is your confirmation that we have received your order. You may only cancel or amend an order if it has not already been fulfilled and shipped. When we dispatch your order, this will conclude the sale and confer our acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s).
